This house exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be visiting again!

We spent a great and relaxing weekend at Declan’s place. The interior is designed with care and taste. You will find everything you need if you want to stay in from cookware to games. A quick drive will take you to Woodstock or to ski slopes. Although the house is by a small road, it is extremely quiet. There is definitely a distinctive smell to the running water but you quickly get over it while washing dishes or taking a shower. The fire place is small but pleasant and very efficient once you get it going. Communication was very easy and quick with Declan who even left a bottle of wine to welcome us! We recommend this place 100%

Great stay in the woods, really close to Bethel Center and historic concert site.

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Whimsy Woods and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, open and so comfortable. The grounds are lush and private with a spectacular pool area and fire pit. Our family and friends had magical dinners to remember. We can’t wait to revisit!

This was our second stay here! We loved it in winter and this time, summer. We love the walkability to town, less than 5 minutes. The home is beautiful, clean and spacious, with a great backyard with firepit. Will definitely be back again!

Stuart’s place is really amazing. Well designed house and very comfortable. The pool is great and the location of the house is perfect, near to the beaches, town, restaurants, etc. We had a great time!

What a gem! We were on a silent retreat for the weekend and Karli’s home fit right in! It was so peaceful and serene and so secluded as it’s set back in the woods. The home is also very well decorated and we felt right at home. Only thing (for me!) are the bugs, which is to be expected being in the woods. There are some harmless bugs around the space especially downstairs which was alarming for the first hour or so but totally got used to it and was fine after.
Karli is probably one of the most responsive hosts I’ve experienced so far. There was a power outage at the start of our stay and she was on top of it making sure she communicated with us on updates but was also flexible to move our stay so that we can be most comfortable. She replied almost immediately and that is so re-assuring and appreciative.
Don’t hesitate to book here. We had a lovely time!

We couldn’t have had a better stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful, well kept and very peaceful. The well maintained hot tub was an added bonus! The house was even better than the photos! Red Cottage was helpful and communicated very well. Our family enjoyed ringing in the new year in quaint home.

We had a truly wonderful 10 night stay at Stuart’s beautifully light and arty home with our 3 small children. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything to make guests comfortable, and with the gorgeous pool it was definitely our most luxurious Airbnb stay to date! The well equipped kitchen and lovely bath and shower products provided were very much appreciated, as were the quality towels and linens.
The location was perfect for visiting the nearby towns, and driving to Montauk. We particularly loved Hither Hills State Park for a gorgeous beach without the East Hampton parking permit issues! The local (and walkable) sand/stone beaches of Barnes Hole Beach and Louse Point were beautifully quiet with very calm water. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, we were so sad to leave the tranquility of this house and its beautiful garden. We definitely hope to be back!

We had a great weekend at this lovely property in Great Barrington, about a 7 minute drive to town. The house was very clean, bright, airy, and the backyard was absolutely stunning- the fire pit and screened in porch were wonderful. The linens and towels were all high quality and the beds and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was functional and well appointed. The living room was cozy and stocked with games and puzzles.
From the minute we walked in we felt at home and didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay. We’d love to come back to this beautiful home.

They were right when they said you lose service when finding the place, so if you plan on driving there at night please be careful! The house was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone loved it! It was so aesthetically pleasing to the eye and overall clean. It looks tiny from the outside but it has so much room inside. There is no tv in there just an FYI, but it didn’t matter to us because we didn’t need it. All the beds in the rooms all the way to the couches were soo comfortable. It was a perfect home for the weekend, my friend and I loved it and will return. Just wish there was something to light up the path of the driveway when going in, it probably could have saved us a couple of heart attacks trying to get our cars in there at night lol

We had a wonderful stay at Hillside Haven with another family for a ski vacation. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with household supplies. We will absolutely stay here again!

We loved the property. We were initially skeptical because the security deposit for the house was higher than what we reserved it for but took the chance and fell in love with the house and location.

We had a wonderful stay at the creekhouse! The space is clean, minimal, stylish–it feels like a showroom for the hippest interior brands. The house is so lovely, VERY comfortable for three sets of adults and four kids. The location is fantastic–the creek is great, and Callicoon is super close. We enjoyed the sunday market and took some of Samantha’s recommendations on food and drink spots. Highly recommend!
