stayed here with a group of 10 friends and it was the perfect spot to spend a Fall weekend with friends! we especially loved the design and style of every room – they didn’t miss a single detail! an added bonus: the deck in the back yard is the perfect spot for an engagement 🙂 the pathway is all lit up with lights so it was very romantic and the pics came out great. definitely recommend staying here! hoping to come back in the summer!

Coal Cabin is really special- the location is private and remote yet a short drive to restaraunts, shopping and anything else you’d lik to do. The decor is very mid-century modern groovy! The glass walls create the sense you are outdoors even when you are warm and cozy by the fire. The property is stunning ! Drawbacks were lack of sreaming (basic cable only) and having owner’s personal belongings in closets, dressers and bathroom felt a bit odd.

Cozy and inviting space, perfect for cooking dinner and hanging out by the fire! We absolutely loved our stay! Host was super responsive and very helpful leading up to our trip and while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect house for a large group of friends to hang out . Kitchen is fantastic (top of the line stove/fridge) and a great fireplace set up. Property is great to walk around too!

All was very nice, clean & scenic! We were surprised at the lack of hand soaps in the bathrooms & kitchen. I don’t recall seeing anything In description of supplying our own. We also had an issue with the grill, changed to new tank & had issue keeping lit. A bit of a disappointment as it was very much needed at dinner time. Talked with E. Ramos and could not do much for us. Fortunately after letting it set & trying again we got it to work. Only other issue was description saying kitchen was fully stocked and space for 12 for dining. We had trouble finding enough serving and preparation bowls. All in all however a wonderful (too) short of a family stay we all admitted! Wanted to stay longer:) Thank you Luann & family

We had a wonderful time! The house was spotless and we loved being able to walk to the town.

This house was the ideal autumn getaway as it was private, bright, and beautiful on so many levels. The artwork and books were fantastically interesting. And the bedding and linens were very comfortable. We loved the open plan living space and hope to come back again when the pool is open.

This was the perfect getaway in the catskills, an airbb that was so nice, you did not want to leave! our dogs had the weekend of their lives, wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend. The sauna was also a great amenity!

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first. It’s a beautiful property, inside and outside. Clean, plenty of space and lots of comfy amenities. It’s one of our new favorites spots!
